She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Royal and Katherine Margaret Hertzel; her great-grandparent Kay; her husband Jack Parks; and her sisters, Marion Schoeck, Doris Braue and Amelia Mellor.
She is survived by: her sister Margaret Moore of Arlington, VA; her sons, Tom (Pamela Parks) and Michael (Kathryn Parks); her grandchildren, Thomas Jr., Christopher, David and Jacob; and her great grandchildren, Thomas III, Maia, Christopher Jr., Zachary and Aria. She is also survived by 'Mom' to her son's wives.
