She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlton Bascum Bowling and Marie Faye Bowling of Covington, Kentucky.; her brother J. Carlton "Sonny" Bowling; her son Randy Groth; and her grandson Ronald Feltz, III.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Eubanks; her son Ron Feltz, Jr. (Lisa); her sisters-in-law, Jackie Remy (Jim) and Pam Langham (Melvin); her nieces, Karon Thornton (James) and Jennifer Mangum (Ryan); her grandchildren, Brandon Feltz (Kaitlin), Jordan Groth and Britney Azzopardi (Erik); her great grandchildren, Vincent, Melania and Giovanni; and her pets, Pearl and Princess. She is also survived by many loving cousins, nieces, nephews, dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Judy's name to any local animal rescue, an organization close to Judy's heart.
