He was predeceased by: his parents, William Oscar and Minnie Smith (Kent) of Arizona. He is survived by: his daughters, Sandy (Tom) and Barbara (David); and his grandchildren, Angela, Fred, Daniel, Christina, Michael, Maritza, Mark and Alyssa. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.
