With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Franklin Odell Miller in Bakersfield, California, born in Miami, Oklahoma, who passed away on October 20, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Franklin Miller and Violet Marie Miller of Oklahoma; his siblings, Dale Miller and Charmayne Brooks; his brother-in-law Lloyd Brooks; and his great-niece Jordan Brooks.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Welch; his son Keith Miller (Kara); his grandchildren, Kody Miller (Maghan) and Kassidy Miller; his great grandchild Harlow; and his siblings-in-law, Jim Welch (Ginger) and Janet Edmondson (Bruce). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Frank's honor to Hoffman Hospice, ADAKC or 1st Assembly of God Missions Department.
