She was predeceased by: her parents, William Frybarger and Rosemary Frybarger; her husband George D. Whitecar; and her sister Ann Ankney. She is survived by: her children, Debra Zais (Dennis) of St. George, James Mann of St. George, Jennifer Tieman (Don) of Willard, WI and John Roesch (Christy) of St. George; and her siblings, Helen Fledderjohann (Ron) of Toledo, OH, Joan Maki (Ted) of Northridge, CA, Jean Graber of Ohio and David Frybarger (Jo) of Banning, CA.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
