She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Robert, Frances Giertz, Edward and Irene Milhorn. She is survived by: her parents, Jerry Milhorn and Carol Milhorn; her husband Sam Vaquera; her son Cameron; her sister Jennifer Simmons (Dan); and her nieces, Madison Newland and Bronwyn Simmons.
In lieu of flowers a fund is being set up in the name of her son Cameron for the music program at his high school (Glendora High).
