J. and Kelly; his brother George Putnam (Heidi) of Roseville; his niece Amy Putnam Rojas (Charlie) of Vallejo; and his nephews, Michael Putnam (Julie) of Orangevale, Phillip Putnam of Bronx and Ryan Putnam (Jen).
