He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arthur Maddex and Gladys Maddex; his wife Jill Rosemary Read (Warwickshire); his son David; his granddaughter Rebecca; his sister Sylvia; his children, Sue (Mal), Pete (Julie), Linda (Chris) and Becky (Kevin); and his grandchildren, Sam, Tom, Devon, Riley, Liam, Evan, James and Lauren. He was also cherished by sister Sylvia were children.
