He is survived by: his wife Connie Ebert; his sons, Shane Ebert and Cody Ebert; his stepdaughter Kristine; his grandchildren, Olivia, Dylan, Ava, Alexis, Robert and Anthony; and his great grandchildren, Hannah, Hudson, Luke and Lincoln.
