He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Cain; his daughters, Rebecca Jo Cain and Jennifer Jo Cain (David Cosby); his grandchildren, Jaclyn Jo Collier (Brad), Jim Richard Ballenger (Brandi), Jesse Joe Cain (Alison), Sarah Ann Rutter (Andrew), Josephine Naomi Hughes, Christin Barbara Lee Ballenger, Devin Joseph Cosby and Amanda Monique Cosby; his great grandchildren, Nathan, Cody Collier, Brooklyn Ballenger, James Cain, Cole Ballenger, Henry, Owen Rutter, Stewart Poroshin, Carlynn Weber, Everlee and Jamison Crosby; his siblings, Nancy Richison and Randy Richison; and his sister-in-law Lynda Campbell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins & lifelong friends.
