She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Olenslager and Evelyn Olenslager; her husband Lowell Cook; and her brothers, Jeffery, Stephen and Kirk.
She is survived by: her children, Corey, Kendalee, Shannon and Marci (Tony); her pet Sam; and her brothers, Mark Randall (Teresa) and Scott. She is also survived by 11 Grandchildren, and 13 Great-Grandchildren.
