Williams of Atwater, California, born in Bienville, Louisiana, who passed away on October 23, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Col. Donald C. Williams. She is survived by: her sons, Don II (Debra) and Dwight (Mary); her grandchildren, Chris Rios (Sherry), Clayton Williams, Allison Peffley (Joshua) and Lauren Segal (Jordan); and her great grandchildren, Grace and Noah Peffley.

Memorial contributions may be made to Castle Air Museum or Elks Lodge #1240.
