He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Smith and Dorothy Smith; and his sisters, Doris and Marilyn (Ed Landis). He is survived by: his wife Ann Smith (Bogetto); his children, Matthew (Sandy), Jill (Michael) and Nicholas (Lea); his grandchildren, Mason, Matthew, Savannah, Brayden, Tiffany, Elisabeth and JJ; and his brother Richard M. Smith. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
