He is survived by: his wife Ernestine Tapley of Atwater; and his grandchildren, Allen Tapley (Eun-Ah Bae), John Tapley (Kayla), Robert Tapley, Christie Raquel (Kyle), Jenni McDowell (Lyle), Kim Gomes (Zac), Becky Armas (Allen) and Kenn Speer.
