He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Cervantes of Atwater; and his children, Savanah Garcia of Livingston, Carlos Cervantes Jr. of Livingston and Emily Sandoval of Reno, NV. He is also survived by six brothers, three sisters, and six grandchildren.
