She is survived by: her parents, Dutch McColgan and Ethel May McColgan; her spouse Michael Chetkovich; her children, John Chetkovich of Newbury Park, Mark Chetkovich of Santa Cruz, Carol Chetkovich of Oakland and Kathryn Chetkovich of Santa Cruz; her granddaughters, Allyson and Madeline; and also, Navy, Sells and Deloitte.

In keeping with Alice Chetkovich's commitment to social justice and equality, her family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in her memory to the Western Center on Law &.
