He was predeceased by: his parents, Nancy Rotta (Ostini) and Jesse James Horton. He is survived by: his wife Lois Campana (Lokey); his daughters, Lindsay Franklin (Art) and Aubrey Campana; and his granddaughters, Ainslee and Addison Franklin.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Jim's favorite charity, Atascadero Loaves and Fishes.
