He was predeceased by: his wife Lois Brooks; his daughter Jenise Paine; and his mother Jesse Brooks. He is survived by: his son Stephen Brooks (Earlene); his son-in-law Rod Paine; his grandchildren, Justin Brooks (Kate), Jessica Schmidt (Nessen), Scott Paine (Stephanie), Mark Paine (Nancy) and David Paine (Devin); his brother Albert Brooks (Dorothy) of Arizona; and his nieces, Sandy and Donna. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
