He is survived by: his daughter Kandie Sampson (Cox); his son-in-law Bill Sampson; his grandsons, Paul Shaver (Manette) of Arroyo Grande and Robert Shaver (Melissa) of Santa Maria; and his stepchildren, Doug Brown (Kathy) of Atascadero, Joan Ogilvie of Carson City and Nevadaplus. He is also survived by 5 great grand children and one great great grandson.
