He is survived by: his brother Bill; his daughter Janie Moore (Jeff Moore); his granddaughter Kristi (Mike Greenlee); his great grandchildren, Elle, Hollyn and Mackson Greenlee; his grandchildren, Ashley Hook and Tobin Hook; his son Dale DeBlauw; his grandson Garrett DeBlauw (Lisa); his great grandchildren, Emma Jane, Theo and Lillie Ann; his grandsons, Taylen, Spencer and Connor DeBlauw; his son Duane DeBlauw (Cheryl); and his grandchildren, Tyler, Regan and Graham DeBlauw.
