It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Parsons Evans (Arroyo Grande, California), born in San Gabriel, California, who passed away on November 15, 2018, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Clarence Parsons and Frances Parsons; her spouse Martin L. Evans, Jr (Mark); her children, Mark of Anaheim, Jennifer (Bill) of Eureka, Matthew (Leslie) of Jacksonville, FL and Rhys of Lompoc; her granddaughter Kaitlin of Tallahasse, FL.; her sister Deon; and her niece Page. She is also survived by friends throughout SLO County; many nieces, nephews and their children.
