He was predeceased by: his parents, George Andrews and Evalene Andrews; and his siblings, Senator, Harold, Charles, Dale, Eva Gondek and Carolyn Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Kathryn (Kathy) of Arroyo; his granddaughter Terri Lee (David Brandt) of Wilton, CA; his sons, Craig (Kate) of Ojai, Scott of Arroyo Grande and Jim Kirkwold; his grandson Michael Brandt; and his siblings, Paul of Columbia, MO and Edi Nichols of Arlington, TX. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Gideons, American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association.
