Cargill (Arroyo Grande, California), born in Tulare, California, who passed away on June 9, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his former wife Helen; his wife Marilyn; his children, Mike Cargill of Lake Isabella, Debi Brouillette of Fernley, NV and Lori Bagby of Atascadero; and his stepdaughter Robyn Garcia. He was also cherished by Grandchildren and great grandchildren.
