He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Parnell and Sylvia Parnell (Bray); his siblings, Alvin Parnell (Norma) and Aline Williams (Don); and his daughter Sandi Borges (Alan).
He is survived by: his wife Betty Dooley; and his daughters, Debbie and Carey Madrigal (Albert). He is also survived by nieces and nephew; six grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association.
