Billie Lou is survived by: nieces and nephews, Stan Turner, Mike Turner, Janice White, Redempta Carlile Ramsey, Butch Turner and Lonnie Carlile; great-niece Sheila Radewald; and great-nephews, Dr. Jad Turner, Adam Turner and Dr. Jules White.
