She is survived by: her mother Wilma Nylander (Punk); her sister Lori Mooers; her children, Tyson Punch (Jessica), Todd Wormington (Ashley) and Dayna Shumard; her grandchildren, Erika Punch, Tannor Punch, Parker Fuqua-Punch, Nevaeh Wormington, Logan Wormington and Lane Shumard; and also Brian Phillips. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
