He is survived by: his parents, John S. Spoon and Nomi Sweetfire; his siblings, Brother John, Sunni Paul, William Trent and Jodi Ann Spoon-Sadlon; and also, Clayton Dean, Rolland Neil (Butch) and Anthony Scot.
