He is survived by: his wife Vera Shumard; his children, Melissa Brim (Carl) of Longmont, James Bartley (Tammi) of McKinleyville and Brian Shumard (Mindee) of Cody; his grandchildren, Tim Holt, Virginia Kinch, Katie Holt, Jessica Wilson, Billy Bartley, Ivy Bartley, Mariah Shumard, Haylee Shumard and Jordan Shumard; his siblings, Deanna McKinney (Sam) and Roy Shumard (Barbara); his parents, Jim Shumard and Mary Shumard; and his brothers, Lloyd Shumard and Pat Shumard. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces and friends.
