He was predeceased by: his parents, Isla Griffin (Putnam) and Leroy Griffin; and his wife Merl Richter of Woodland. He is survived by: his children, Douglas (Kathy Gordon Griffin) and Ruthellen; his grandchildren, Shandon (David Smith), Trent Griffin (Meagen Dillon), William and Rachel Stein; his great grandchildren, Mikaelah Griffin and Callan Smith; and also Cathy Rush.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Shriners Hospital for Children or the Arbuckle Volunteer Fire Department.
