It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard A. Williams (Aptos, California), born in Honolulu, Hawaii, who passed away on December 24, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Williams and Georgina Williams; and his brother Evarist Williams. He is survived by: his wife Natalie Williams; his children, Melanie Spiller (Greg) and Shawn Williams (Jessina Zamora); his granddaughter Mikayla Spiller; and his sister Connie Oscarson (Ron). He is also survived by six nieces and two nephews.
