She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Noelker and Mary Noelker; and her siblings, Sally Carr, Joseph Noelker, Jerry Noelker, Judy Piehe, Lawrence Noelker and Mary Kathryn Noelker Freeman.
She is survived by: her children, Rebecca St (Ditzler), Lawrence Scott (Veronica Scott) and William Scott Jr. (Paula Scott); her grandchildren, Trent Ditzler, Taylor D'Agostino, Madison St. Germain, Michael Scott, Justin Scott, Cassandra Scott, Ashley Scott, Matthew Scott, Larry Scott Jr. and Emily Scott; and her brother Jim Noelker. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
