She was predeceased by: her husband Ken; and her grandson Eric. She is survived by: her significant other Kenneth Martin; her daughters, Michele, Nora and Sarah; and her stepchildren, Kenneth Junior, Thomas and Roberta. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Pat requested donations be sent to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF).
