She was predeceased by: her son Robert Vance; and her siblings, Howard Tatum and Louise White. She is survived by: her husband Roy; her children, Valery Neely, Douglas Vance and Brent Vance; her grandchildren, Heather Hernandez, Elizabeth Hedrick, Joseph Neely, Hudson Neely, Tiffany Vance, Shelby Vance, Mychael Vance, Ryan Vance and Taylor Vance; and her great grandchildren, Haylee Hernandez, Harbor Hernandez and Royer Hedrick.
