She was predeceased by: her grandmother Lee Snyder; and her parents, James Sandford and Ida Sandford. She is survived by: her children, Harry Snyder (Jacque Snyder), Sandice (Kjrsten Haaland) of Alaska, Eric Snyder (Emily Snyder), Valencia, Venetia, Vallee, Valentino and Valiant; and her husband Harry Snyder.

When she turned 80 in 2020, despite the Covid lockdowns, her family made sure to celebrate her with a big birthday party at her house.
