He was predeceased by: his parents, Lily May Baird Wilkinson and Joseph Ernest Wilkinson; his siblings, Wilma Maxwell (Galen), Harold Dwight Wilkinson and Darrel Dean Wilkinson (Ella); his stepdaughter Barbara Summers; and his grandsons, Matthew Hicks of Apple Valley and Nicholas Morgan of Apple Valley.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his children, Barbara J. Wilkinson-Fletcher (Greg) of Quincy, IL, Allen Lee Wilkinson of Carthage, IL, Mary Ann Brader of Ontario, Nancy Frafjord (Steve) of Aberdeen, WA. and Joe; his grandchildren, Aimee Marie Swinderman (Michael), Joseph Ramon Sanchez (Jasmine) of Carthage, IL., Levi, Aaron and Nicole Frafjord of Aberdeen, WA.; and also, Dale Hicks of Buckeye, AZ, DeAnna Morgan of Apple Valley, Dennis Hicks (Tammy), Vincent Summers (Chrissy), Blake Hicks, Jonathan Morgan (Vanessa) of Van Nuys, Kari Guilbault (Zachary) of Ft Irwin, Kassie Elder (Justin), Kimberly Hicks of Apple Valley, Jessica Cantrell, Evam, Sarah, Barbara, Dustin Ference (Shanna) of Visalia, Holly Amestica (Servando) of Hemet and Donavin (Shelby) of Copperas Cove, TX.. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews and good friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Apple Valley Moose Lodge (21955 CA-18, Apple Valley, CA 92307).
