She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwina and Vincent; her son Donny; and her brother Mike. She is survived by: her husband George; her son Joe (Ady); her niece Cheri (Steven); and her close friends, Linda and Tom. She is also survived by son and brother.

In keeping with Barbara's love of animals, the family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations to the SPCA be made in her name.
