It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Amador Chavez of Apple Valley, California, born in Pagosa Springs, Colorado, who passed away on October 22, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Juanita Rodriguez Chavez and Jose Amador Chavez; and his son Ronnie. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Rick (Donna), Teresa, Andy and Katherine (Jesse); his grandchildren, Jessica, Davey (Maggie), Jasmine of Jeremy, AJ, Sophia, Tristan and Kaitlyn; his great grandchild Oliver; and his brother Chris. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A rosary was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of the Desert Catholic Church (18386 Corwin Rd, Apple Valley, CA 92307). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Sunset Hills Memorial Park (24000 Waalew Rd, Apple Valley, CA 92307).
