He is survived by: his children, Richard Marquez, Eddie Marquez, Danny Marquez, Michael Marquez, Victor Marquez, Joseph Marquez, Valerie Smith, Vidal Marquez, Juventino Marquez, Martha Willcutt, Vincent Marquez and Krystal Watkins.
