He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley; his son Timothy; and his brother Tie Jiang. He is survived by: his son Victor Leung; his daughter-in-law Stephanie; his grandchildren, Samantha, Nicole and Timothy; and his siblings, Han, Tie-Peng, Tie Wei (Mei) and Tie-Keung (Ken).
