He was predeceased by: his son Daniel Scheile; his parents, Louis Scheile and Gladys Scheile; and his brother Robert Scheile. He is survived by: his children, Ronald Scheile, Jr. of Arkansas, Carol Scheile of California and Trina Manzer (Brian) of California; and his sister-in-law Marie Scheile of Maryland. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
