She was predeceased by: her father Richard Chato Burch; her stepfathers, Thomas Callahan and Gerald Goff; her parents-in-law, Ruby Blazer and Isaac Blazer Sr.; her siblings, Dennis Burch Sr., Darryl Burch Sr. and Sharon Denise Burch; her grandparents, Marie Thomas and Ashley Sherman Burch Jr.; and her uncle Raymond Odoms.
She is survived by: her mother Novella Goff; her significant other Isaac Blazer; her children, Alamonté Mosely and Syrita Blazer; her siblings, Kathy Smith (Burch), Carmelita Goff, Judy Cunningham (Burch) and David Burch Sr.; her brother-in-law Michael Smith; her grandchildren, Isabella Pino, D'Andrei Isaac Woodard, Syrene Novelita Blazer and Elysia Olivera; her grandparent D'Ante Andrei Woodard; and also, Davielle Chandler (Davi), Dennis Burch Jr. (Tinky), Amber Foy, Joyce Williams, Carol Young, Sandy Rogers, Patricia Mason, Lenore Chin, Kam Smedley, Mariel Christian and Charles Wood. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
