She is survived by: her husband Raul; her daughters, Alexsandra and Kiana; her son-in-law Gregory; her grandson Oliver; and her sisters, Joyce and Tina. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
She founded the annual "Hula Away The Cancer" in 2010 to fundraise for The American Cancer Society, Relay for Life and St. Jude's Children's Hospital donating thousands of dollars for cancer research.
