He is survived by: his wife Michele of Antioch; his daughters, Courtney Menez of Antioch and Caitlin Menez of Santa Monica; his stepmother Kathy Menez of Arizona; his brother David Menez (Katie) of Oakley; and his parents-in-law, Ben and Joyce Zamora of Brentwood.
