It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeff Tokach (Antioch, California), born in Mandan, North Dakota, who passed away on April 17, 2025, at the age of 44, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Jeff may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joel Tokach and Dawn Tokach; and his brother John Tokach. He was also cherished by his family, friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at 815 Fulton Shipyard Rd, Antioch, CA 94509.
