She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Lafornia and Josephine Lafornia; and her husband Nicholas. She is survived by: her daughter Nicole (Dave) of Antioch; her grandson Robert Nicolas; her son Kenneth of Montana; her niece Josette Kloetzer; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jacey, Jake and Kristi Cocklin; and also, Kaitlyn, Mary and Sammy.
