He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Rose and Edna Rose; and his siblings, Margie Brown and Richard Rose (Donna Rose). He is survived by: his wife Donna Numsen; his children, Candy, Sandy, Cliff Rose, Candace Ugarte (Raul) and Sandra Mello (Bob); his grandchildren, Tim, Justin Rose, Raul Ugarte Jr. (Tami), Tianna Clore (Mark), Gabriel Ugarte (Tanya) and Nick Mello (JoAnna); his great grandchildren, Christine, Jessica Rose, Mateo, Cash, Cruz Ugarte, Trent, Jagger, Tenely Clore, Quinn, Knox, Briggs Ugarte and Charlie Mello; and his sister-in-law Diane Rose. He is also survived by Many nieces and nephews.
