He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Hoeser and Garnett Hoeser; his wife Patricia (McKeever); and his sisters, Vera and Evelyn.

He is survived by: his son Mark (Elly); his granddaughter Megan; his brother Walt Hoeser (Ronnie); and his nephew Steve Hoeser (Ana). He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
