He is survived by: his children, Kevin (KC) and Kayla; his wife Lisa; his children, Stevie Howard and Brenden Thornburgh; his grandchildren, Sawyer and Paisyn Howard; his mother Elsie Howard; his siblings, Jeff Howard (Shelly), Trudy Foster, Leslie Marsing (Craig), Patti Aitken and Teresa Atkinson (Jeff); and his siblings-in-law, Jerry Royer, Johnny Eszlinger, Neil Johnson (Dawn), Dale Eszlinger, Duane Eszlinger, Shelley Clark (Kurt) and Tina Whiteman (Michael). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
