He is survived by: his wife Bette Deasy of Antelope, CA; his son Patrick Deasy of Sacramento, CA; his grandson Steven Douglas Deasy of Sacramento, CA; and his sister Nancy Arnold of Roseville, CA. He is also survived by 4 step children, 7 step grandchildren & 6 step great-grandchildren.
A "Celebration of Life" for Bill will be held 12:00 - 3:00 pm on Sunday, July 29, 2018, at the Dante Club in Sacramento, CA at 2330 Fair Oaks Blvd. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in Bill's honor to Shelby.com.
