He was predeceased by: his parents, Angus "Ace" Cannon Ensign Jr. and Mary Lou Ensign (Young). He is survived by: his wife Judy Fryer; his children, Angus "Ace" Cannon Ensign IV (Kelly), Chad, Gendi Brummet (Michael) and Amber Avelar (Pedro); and his siblings, Marc (Pat), Eden (Bill), Meredith (Dave), Matt (Shelley) and Pyper (David). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
